Job Duties

 

  • To handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • To work closely with related parties to resolve customer complaints.
  • To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports.
  • To maintain up-to-date customer database accurately.

Requirements

 

  • High Diploma or above in Business Administration / Hospitality studies.
  • Minimum 3 years’ customer services experience, candidates with Customer Service /Travel industry experience is preferred.

Officer - Cruise & Operations 

Job Duties

 

  • Direct report to Chief Product Development officer.
  • Perform daily production and operations in accordance with established work processes, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Provide up-to-date market intelligence of external environment, including research, evaluation of products and destination requirements as well as competitor performance. 
  • Assist superior in business planning and the development of cruise tour packages to meet market demand and grow the business
  • Follow through production processes in adherence to the company's product and service standards, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. 
  • Support in the product development process such as
    R & D and itineraries under the superior's directive.
  • Create and support product-built in booking system, follow up inputs of cost breakdowns, and other entries as required. 
  • Perform ad hoc duties or projects as and when assigned. 
 


Requirements

 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Tourism Management or Travel related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in travel industry.
  • Innovative, analytical, and detailed mind. 
  • Good planning and organizing skills. 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with ticketing and airline systems.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.


Assistant Manager - Product Marketing

Job Duties

 

  • Manage and implement efficient and targeted Marketing Communication strategy through appropriate channels, events, and PR activities.
  • Ensure product communications initiatives are in line with company standards
  • Provide Central editorial service and content development of documents with a focus on marketing, advertising, and corporate communications. 
  • Enforce corporate branding guidelines on all advertising/promotional materials/ collaterals with product offerings.
  • Explore, evaluate & develop new and cost-effective media channels for designated customer segmentation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Development department and Sales Service Centre to refine product features in alignment with company’s business strategies.
  •  Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
 


Requirements

 

  • Degree in Marketing/Journalism/Communications or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Travel/Tourism/Media industry 
  • Good knowledge on customer behaviour and market trends
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines. 
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge in CRM system management
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese 
  • Immediately available will be an advantage.

Assistant Manager – Cruise & Operations

Job Duties

 

  • Liaise with GSA Principles on product development and promotional activities.
  • Provide market intelligence of external environment, products & destination requirements, as well as competitors’ analysis.
  • Assist superior in business planning and development of cruise tour packages.
  • Work closely with Marketing Department for marketing activities.
  • Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to achieve higher yield and reduce cost.
  • Follow through production processes in adherence to the company’s service standards and constantly review work for efficiency.
  • Support in product development process under the superior’s directive.
  • Create and support product-built in the system, follow up inputs of cost breakdowns, and other entries as required.
  • Contribute to training on product knowledge and operating system to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform ad hoc duties or projects as and when assigned.
 


Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in travel industry with at least 3 years in supervisory.

Job Duties

 

  • Provide professional customer service and build rapport with customers
  • Promote and recommend various group tour products to customers
  • Handle sales and enquiries at branch office and/or over the phone
  • Shift duty including Sat/Sun/public holidays is required
  • Escorting tours
 
 


Requirements

 

  • High Diploma or above, preferably with training in travel related subjects
  • At least 3 years' counter and escort experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a caring attitude
  • Attention to details and follow up
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Applicant with higher qualification and more experience can be considered and trained as long haul tour escort

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably with cruise; FIT sales and air ticket sale experience
  • Pleasant, customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Office especially MS Excel & word
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
