Officer – Customer Service & Standard
Job Duties
- To handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- To work closely with related parties to resolve customer complaints.
- To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports.
- To maintain up-to-date customer database accurately.
- To support ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Business Administration / Hospitality studies.
- Minimum 3 years’ customer services experience, candidates with Customer Service /Travel industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive listening and problem- solving skills
- Customer focus, patient and tactful.
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Office especially MS Excel & Powerpoint.
- Fast and accurate typing including Chinese word processing.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
