・Conduct relevant research and collect data on current market trends and conditions
・Review and analyze the gathered research data and prepare benchmarking reports, SWOT and GAP analysis
・Understand product development cycle and production procedure
・Support in new product development and itinerary design under the directive of superior.
・Assist in production and operation processes
・Support tour pamphlet / material and price list production.
・Perform ad hoc duties or projects as and when assigned.
・Degree holder in tourism/hospitality management or related disciplines
・Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in travel industry
・Strong interest on tourism and travel products
・Good team player with positive attitude.
・Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills
・Analytical mind, good problem solving skills and result orientated
・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Familiar with ticketing and airline system is an advantage
・Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
・Fresh graduates will also be considered
