Customer Service and Standard Officer/ Co-ordinator
Responsibilities
- Provide Post- tour services by handling customer comments/feedback through all means including phone calls and emails and record in the system
- Work closely with Customer Service Assistant for data screening and processing to improve business performance improvement
- Assist in preparing reports on service quality and analyzing customer needs to make recommendations for service or product improvements
- Take up ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Business Administration / Hospitality studies
- Minimum 3 years’ customer services experience, candidates with Customer Service /Travel industry experience are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive listening and problem- solving skills
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Office
- Fast and accurate typing including Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Customer Service & Standard Co-ordinator
- Immediately available is highly preferred
