Travel Officer / Advisor
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Promote and recommend various group tour products to customers
- Handle sales and enquiries at branch office and/or over the phone
- Shift duty including Sat/Sun/public holidays is required
- Lead medium & long-haul outbound tours
Requirements
- High Diploma or above, preferably with training in travel related subjects
- At least 3 years' counter and outbound tour experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a caring attitude
- Attention to details and follow up
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred
- Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Candidates with immediate availability is highly preferred
