Officer- Project Management (Contract)
Job Duties
- Direct report to Project Owner
- Assist and support execution project work plan within budget and time frame, measure and identify potential risks, and recommend risk mitigation wherever appropriate
- Supervise the entire cycle of the project planning sessions
- Conduct project review and prepare status reports of all project matters to vendors; management team and related parties
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related fields
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in project management, preferably in Web development or similar projects
- Well organized, efficient and ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving skill and communication skill
- Good team player, self-initiative and pro-active
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Less experience will be considered as Project Officer
