Senior Accountant
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Prepare full sets of accounts and financial reports, including month-end/ quarter-end/ year-end closings, P&L, balance sheet commentary and reporting package
  • Prepare annual financial statements and disclosure notes, liaise with external auditors, and handle tax matters
  • Prepare financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management reports
  • Support treasury operations, including cash and fund management and bank administration
  • Conduct all-round business analysis including SWOT analysis and recommend feasible solutions.
  • Work closely with department heads/managers to understand business issues and requirements, in order to provide practical analysis and advice on managing the business.
  • Support in contract renewal and negotiation with vendors and compliance with local legislation.
  • Facilitate enhancement in Company internal control policies and procedures related to financial reporting and operation processes.
  • Drive / support business re-engineering or other projects as designated.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
 


Requirements
 
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Professional Accountancy or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in similar role
  • Candidates with internal and/ or external audit experience will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking with sound business acumen
  • Proactive, capable of thinking in/out of the box and generating new ideas/solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in advanced level in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Good command of both written & spoken English
  • Candidate with immediate availability is highly preferred
 
Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
 
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team as needed.



Requirements
 
  • Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, Canva) is preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
