Responsibilities
• Provide IT helpdesk support services to users on network, software and application related issues
• Provide daily system support and help desk support to end users in a timely manner
• Responsible for server, network and infrastructure setup and support
• Hands-on experience on desktop migration, Win11, Windows Server a must
• M365 experience preferred
• Assist in servers & infrastructure upgrade and migration projects
• Co-work with vendor to perform IT support activities
• General I.T. administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Diploma or above in IT or computing related disciplines
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, Windows Active Directory and Windows Servers
• 3 year or above relative experience
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail minded, proactive and eager to learn
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
• I.T Certificates holder will be definitely an advantage
